Sherri Cherman, Pharm.D. is a strategic and seasoned leader of high-growth organizations providing Specialty Pharmacy and Specialty Infusion services nationwide. A driver of vision and company performance, she excels at solving deep-seated business challenges, developing startup businesses, and leading growth opportunities in accretive mergers and acquisitions. In a career spanning 20+ years in healthcare, Sherri has been instrumental in bridging business strategy with patient therapy expertise to repeatedly build strong teams and agile organizations that achieve results:

• development of $150 million platform for Specialty Pharmacy business and ushered through sale to Private Equity Firm;
• simultaneous integration of $60M Specialty Pharmacy operation into existing business;
• business preparation and strategic leadership for platform change and business expansion to $500M revenue;
• national growth of acquired BioFusion, Inc., fueling annualized revenue increase from $5M to $80M.

Sherri began her career at Modern Healthcare, Inc. as a Pharmacist and progressed rapidly through management and senior leadership roles. Driving strategy, business development, financial oversight, compliance, team building, and high-touch service initiatives for a multitude of specialty therapeutics, Sherri achieved operational excellence for one of the largest independently owned Specialty Pharmacy companies in the country. In 2005, Sherri seamlessly integrated the Home Infusion division BioFusion, Inc. Her efforts resulted in a thriving organization, respected brand, significant profit increases, and national recognition.

Promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer in 2010, Sherri prepared and ushered the company through sale to Private Equity firm, seamlessly integrated an acquired $60M Specialty Pharmacy business, and led subsequent growth to $250M. As the, "face of the company," Sherri has developed exceptional relationships with product manufacturers, providers, payors, vendors, strategic alliances, and non-profit foundations. Deeply motivated by her commitment to patient care, Sherri has demonstrated a high-level of involvement in legislative and industry relations. Bearing sophisticated communication skills, she is an engaging and insightful public speaker who has educated audiences of 200+ attendees and has been quoted in Bloomberg.

Sherri serves on local and national Boards including the Professional Practice Committee of Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, Advisory Board Member of Clinical Informatics, Inc., Co-President of the Los Angeles Chapter Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and the Modern HC Pharmacy Board of Directors while an employee of the Company. In 2013, Sherri was recognized and honored by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation with both the Women Who Take Our Breath Away Award and the Breath of Life Award and in 2014 with the Humanitarian of the Year Award.

Sherri's personal profile is shaped by strong personal values, a superior work ethic, and an integrity-driven caring nature that drives her to exceed and motivate those around her.
